    • Have complete working knowledge of start to finish of most projects listed above.
    • Be able to drive larger trucks and be able to pull trailers.
    • Be highly motivated and love working outdoors in different environments.
    • Be able to motivate others and get along with team members and property owners.
    • Be a hard worker.
    • Be able to lift 75 lbs.
    • Be able to work long hour shifts.
    • Have a great attitude and good communication skills.
    • Have a strong work ethic.
    • Be able to pass a drug screening test.
    • Have a valid drivers license with a clean drivers record.
